The Setterstix 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located approximately 50 miles south of Buffalo, New York in the western part of New York State and within an hour of Canada's Ontario border.

We operate 24 hours per day, 5 days per week with a daily production capacity of up to 75 million paper sticks. Our employees are meticulously trained and monitored to ensure the highest level of Quality Control in both the manufacturing and packaging of our sticks.

Making paper sticks is our only business, so we specialize in providing the highest quality product available while ensuring compliance to our customers' individual specifications and service requirements.

Our "specialty" grade white paper is

• Chlorine & fluorescent free
• Certified to be in compliance with USFDA standards & similar international regulations for direct food contact.
• Independently tested as 100% biodegradable.

Setterstix maintains finished product & paper inventories in excess of $1 million dollars, enabling us to fulfill our customers' orders within 24 hours for most standard sizes and 10 working days for the majority of special sizes.

Setterstix ships over 17 billion paper sticks annually throughout the United States, Canada, and overseas for use in both "private label" and "branded" lollipops, cotton swabs, health care & novelty items.
